I love ER and I want it to continue but I don't like how Doug is
leaving, All my friends and family just love his looks don't get me
wrong all the people on ER are good lloking but Doug has a mysterious
look in his eyes that when you look at him he pulls you in.
I think it will ruin the show when he leaves but he did do some
stooped thing on the show like raise the dosage on the IV unit ( the
first part of the show when he leaves) the mother wanted her son to go
peasfull because he was in so wuch pain.
If you think it's right to getrid of him because he stares in alot of
moves well go ahead i'll still watch, I think your show is great don't
get we wrong when I say "YOU GUYS ARE NUTS TO LET HIM GO"

Dear Loving Fan,

I've passed your comments on to the Department of Keeping Raving Lunatic Fans Happy at Constant C Productions. They assure me that your concerns will be addressed at the next meeting of the Department, which is currently scheduled for October of 2004. (I complained about the date, but they told me it was the first time everyone was available. It makes sense.) In the meantime, they told me I could divulge the secret plan to you, since you seem like a smart person and can appreciate what it means.

What happened was this: the network decided they weren't getting enough rambling, incomprehenisble e-mail from random viewers, so they hatched a plan that was sure to get them innundated with the stuff. Scott Sassa also decided he wanted to piss off a large number of easily irritated people, and he discovered a way to kill two birds with one stone and save money. The reason George Clooney left ER has nothing to do with what George wants and everything to do with what the network wants - to piss off fans, and to generate lots of hate mail.

Cost effective, isn't it?
