Some options:
- Delete Hiroshima in favor of more time in Kyoto and Hakata/Kyushu.

- Compress Tokyo schedule; may be possible to do two days worth of stuff in one day, and move Yokohama or Tokai trip up (or include another trip?)
- Consider Fuji-ko trip; climbing is problematic in the fall?
